A quick summary of me and how I ended up here. I started my first business at 22/23. I had graduated top of the class at Theatre School so no marketing or business qualifications at all but starting a dance school just felt like a great place to launch my entrepreneurial career. Huge mistake. I can laugh now but at the time I nearly lost everything and ended up giving the school away to my lead teacher for a loss. Then I started to learn all the pieces of the puzzle. 5 years later I started working for a small coffee roaster as Head of Marketing on a 4 year loss and basically out of cash reserves. I did everything. Complete brand overhaul, new ecommerce website with all the trimmings, new package design, a tonne of articles, videos, emails and more hours than I’d like to admit. After 12 months we had hit 5 figures of PROFIT. That company continues to thrive to this day with coffee shops and more. 

I launched Conscious Creatives the following year and have done very similar for well over a hundred clients since then. We’ve always tried to stay small, niche and effective. I’m also exceptionally proud to have developed a great relationship with The UN Global Compact and sit on the Advisory Board for the UK Network. Adding in and understanding sustainability to ecommerce in 2024 and beyond is crucial for business success. Consumer habits have changed and businesses need to align

  • Accelerating New Growth

    Working with a skincare brand we took them through our process. Looking at their ads, their landing pages and their email flows. We had a target ROAS and target nCPA (cost per new customer). 

    Over 7 months we slowly and surely tested and scaled each area until we hit the targets. Now moving into month 8 we are fully prepared for Peak Season and looking towards a very prosperous 2025. 

    First-Time customers in Shopify are up 500% and we’ve lowered the nCPA by 60% making those new customers more profitable along the way. Which is awesome because 40% of their profit is donated to planting trees, reducing carbon and impact. 

  • Supporting Women Through Menopause

    Menopause was a bit of a taboo word when we started working with this client 6 years ago. We wanted to help them take their business to the next level while also supporting them to help more women. 

    Over the 6 years we have grown their revenues by 45% hitting 2000+ new customers per month. Even through the tough times of the last year we’ve maintained an nCPA of £32-35. 

    With this mature business we also had challenges in AOV to overcome. As economic challenges hit, baskets got smaller and smaller. So we had to work hard to create offers that really sold the highest value products and bundles. 

  • Launching A Sustainable Brand

    It’s one thing to grow a business. It’s a whole other thing to launch a brand new business while maintaining your sustainable objectives and fighting your way into the marketplace. 

    We created a brand for our client, a launch marketing plan and built their website. A unique challenge in a post-pandemic economy and cost of living crisis. 

    Through the launch we’ve had to pivot on products and market fit to ensure success. We’ve had to dig deep in our playbook to find success and it’s a wonderful demonstration of our niche agency being agile and focus on one thing. Finding what works!
