Truro-based specialist marketing agency, Conscious Creatives, has recently partnered with Falmouth School to support its GCSE Design Technology students on a project focusing on recycling in the county. The partnership has been created in response to the exam board’s theme of “working towards a sustainable future”.
Conscious Creatives is a leading player in sustainable communications. The agency helps and advises companies and organisations to use ethical marketing campaigns and grow their business revenues in a sustainable way.
The company’s CEO, Mark Roberts, will deliver a presentation to the Year 11 students at Falmouth School on Monday 16 September in which he will outline the initiative in detail. He will then visit the school six times over the course of the academic year to work with and coach the pupils on the project.
As part of the initiative, students will create designs around the theme of recycling and will be given advice and feedback by Mark. The partnership will enable the pupils to benefit from Mark’s expertise in the field of the environment, recycling and sustainable communications.
Mark comments: “I am very excited to be working with such a key age group on such an important topic in the world of sustainability.
Cornwall has a long way to go in its recycling programme and I know these pupils are going to create something that will make us all think about how we dispose of our waste and the effect that has on the world.”
Conscious Creatives has also just obtained a Facebook Marketing Partner title. Facebook Marketing Partners are a global community of companies known for excellence on the platform. By obtaining the title, partners have access to marketing and development support from Facebook enabling the businesses to grow even further. This adds to the company’s credibility, complementing its Google Partner badge which highlights its demonstrable expertise in digital marketing.
